Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of $75 per registrant is applied if received prior to September 3rd. After September 3rd, the refund will reflect the $75 fee plus any expenses incurred by the Conference organizers for registration at time of cancellation. After September 17th, there will be no refund, but substitutions are permitted at anytime.

Dress Code

Dress is casual throughout the conference. Lifestyle is free and easy with casual clothing acceptable almost everywhere. Normal high for the second week of October is 78 and normal low is 67.
